Richard J. Rafuls

Richard J. Rafuls, also known by his friends and colleagues as Ricky, is the founding member of The Rafuls Law Group. Throughout his career, he has represented individuals and corporate clients alike in thousands of lawsuits from start to finish. As the managing partner of Rafuls Law Group, Ricky is responsible for ensuring that every case is handled with the utmost degree of care, transparency, and professionalism.

Ricky started his career working for an insurance company in property insurance defense for several years before switching sides to represent homeowners. Eventually, Ricky founded Rafuls Law Group in 2022.

Today, Ricky handles cases related to property damage, foreclosure, landlord tenant disputes, personal injury, breach of contract, and regularly conducts real estate transactions.

Ricky earned his Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Nova Southeastern University, School of Law. Ricky met his wife, Chanelle J. Rafuls, in law school and have been married since February of 2020. Together they live with their two sons and their dog, Rusty.
