Richard J. Rafuls

Richard J. Rafuls, known to his friends and colleagues as Ricky, is the founding member of Rafuls Law Group. With years of litigation experience, Ricky now focuses on real estate transactions, bringing the same precision, diligence, and client-first approach that defined his courtroom career to every deal he closes today.

Ricky’s real estate practice encompasses residential and commercial purchases and sales, title and closing services, real estate contract review, and more. Whether guiding a first-time homebuyer through the closing process or advising a business on a complex commercial acquisition, Ricky is committed to ensuring that every transaction is handled seamlessly and with the utmost professionalism.

Before focusing on real estate, Ricky built a robust litigation background representing both insurance carriers and homeowners in property damage disputes — experience that gives him a uniquely well-rounded perspective when reviewing contracts and navigating real estate matters on behalf of his clients. He founded Rafuls Law Group in 2022 with a vision of delivering exceptional, personalized legal services to every client who walks through the door.

Ricky earned his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. He met his wife, fellow Rafuls Law Group attorney Chanelle J. Rafuls, in law school, and the two have been married since February 2020. Together, they share their home with their two sons and their dog, Rusty.
