David M. Nudel

David M. Nudel is a real estate attorney at Rafuls Law Group, representing clients in both real estate transactions and real estate litigation throughout Florida. His practice includes residential and commercial closings, contract negotiations, title and escrow matters, landlord-tenant disputes, partition actions, quiet title actions, construction-related disputes, and other complex real estate litigation matters.

Drawing on his experience in civil litigation, David provides clients with a comprehensive understanding of the legal risks that can arise before, during, and after a real estate transaction. He leverages his litigation background to identify and address potential issues proactively, helping buyers, sellers, investors, lenders, and real estate professionals navigate transactions smoothly from contract to closing while minimizing future disputes.

David is licensed to practice law in both Florida and New York and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.

David earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, where he served as President of the Student Bar Association, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida.

When he is not representing clients, David enjoys sports, yoga, and spending time with his family and community.
