David M. Nudel

David M. Nudel is a civil litigation attorney at Rafuls Law Group, representing clients in insurance disputes, real estate litigation, landlord/tenant matters, and breach of contract cases.

David has handled a wide range of complex legal issues with a client-first approach, always aiming for practical, results-driven solutions. He is licensed to practice in both Florida and New York, and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.

David earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, where he served as President of the Student Bar Association, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida.

When he’s not advocating for his clients, David enjoys sports, yoga, and spending time with his family and community.
